Meet The Staff

Danyelle has been a valued member of the
Sea Smiles team for over 10 years. She began her career in the dental field in 2012 and earned her dental hygiene license in 2018. With a wide range of experience, Danyelle proudly serves as the office manager, an orthodontic assistant, and a dental hygienist, bringing both skill and heart to everything she does.

Outside of the office, Danyelle is happily married to her husband, Drew, and is a proud mom to two boys, Greyson and Bolton. She enjoys traveling and attending sporting events with her family. One of her greatest joys is watching a child’s confidence grow after completing orthodontic treatment—a reminder of why she loves what she does every day.

Debra is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you visit our office. With a career in the dental field that began in 1995, she brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping patients feel welcomed. Debra has been part of the Foley community since 2015 and truly enjoys building lasting relationships with the patients she serves.

Outside of the office, Debra enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and caring for their chickens, goats, and beloved bunny, which keeps life at home fun and busy!

Hollister Bowman-  Orthodontic Assistant:

Hollister has been part of the orthodontic field since 2014 and truly enjoys helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Originally from Montgomery, she and her husband, Steven, made Gulf Shores their home in 2018. Together, they have a busy and loving family with four children—Lily, Jackson, Fuller, and Whitney.

When she’s not in the office, Hollister loves soaking up time outdoors, especially at the beach or out on the water boating with her family. She has a genuine passion for orthodontics and finds it incredibly rewarding to see the joy that comes with a brand-new smile.

Baylee has been in the dental field since 2017 and  brings a well-rounded background to patient care, working as a dental hygienist, orthodontic assistant, and dental assistant. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and at ease during their visits, and she truly enjoys building genuine connections with those she cares for.

Outside of the office, she loves spending time outdoors. In her free time, she enjoys boating and gardening, and during the fall through spring months, she spends much of her spare time hunting. She values quality time with her family and friends and especially enjoys being with her dog, Nelli, and her fiancé, Austin.

Heather Earl is a Baldwin County native who is excited to join our dental team as the insurance coordinator. She and her husband, Chris, are proud parents of two beautiful children, and she enjoys spending time with her family–especially at the beach or on the river.

Heather is looking forward to building meaningful relationships with our patients and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge within the dental field to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.

Mitzi is a native of Daphne, Alabama, and a proud graduate of Daphne High School. With years of experience in orthodontics, Mitzi discovered her passion for dental hygiene and went on to earn her dental hygiene license from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2006.

Mitzi has been practicing as a dental hygienist for over 20 years and truly enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for those she serves. Outside of the office, Mitzi enjoys spending time with her husband, Keidrick, and their two daughters. She is actively involved in her church, where she serves as a trip coordinator and planner.

Mitzi is incredibly grateful to be part of the Sea Smiles team and is thankful to have found a place she proudly calls her dream job.

Leyla was born and raised in Thailand and earned her degree in Advertising from Bangkok University. She also completed an accelerated Dental Assistant program, allowing her to blend her professional background with her passion for working with children. Leyla takes great pride in helping young patients feel comfortable, safe, and happy during their visits. She and her family have called Fairhope home for the past 10 years and enjoy spending time together while exploring all the family-friendly activities the community has to offer.

Alex is a proud Fairhope native and a graduate of Fairhope High School. She later followed her passion for helping others by completing hygiene school in 2023. Alex is married to her husband, Cody, and together they are raising three wonderful children—Camden, Lizzy-Beth, and Brooks.

Outside of work, Alex loves cheering on her oldest at ball games, spending time by the pool, and taking small mini-vacations whenever possible. She enjoys going out to eat and values quality time with friends and family, making memories both big and small.

In her professional life, Alex has a true heart for working with children.  She also values teamwork and is grateful to work alongside coworkers she considers a true team.

Raven Hill brings over 16 years of experience in the dental field and a genuine passion for working with children. Her love for helping kids began at a young age while working at a daycare.

In her early twenties, Raven chose dentistry as her career path, recognizing it as the perfect blend of caring for children and promoting lifelong oral health.

Raven is happily married to her husband, Michael, and they have two children. As both a dental professional and a parent, she understands the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care and takes pride in helping children achieve healthy, confident smile

Ashley is a dental assistant with a genuine love for working with children. As a Baldwin County local, she enjoys serving families in her community and helping kids feel safe, comfortable, and confident during their dental visits. Her calm, caring approach helps create positive experiences that leave lasting smiles.

Outside of the office, Ashley values time with her family, integrity, and staying strong in her faith to God while walking in His grace every day.
